ServiceNow Engineer IV

Takeda is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer IV to design, develop, configure, and occasionally customize ServiceNow applications. The role involves working with Agile teams, collaborating with CSM & Finance teams, and implementing business logic using scripting and Flow Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CSM & Finance processes and experience with ServiceNow CSM and Finance modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of developing ServiceNow solutions, with a solid foundation in CSM and Finance modules
• Strong understanding of CSM & Finance processes and how they can be automated and improved using ServiceNow CSM and FOM modules.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).
• Experience configuring ServiceNow CSM and Finance modules including service portals, case management workflows, service catalogs and knowledge bases, analytics.
• Familiarity with Integrating CSM with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Solid communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
