ServiceNow Expert - CMDB, join the ServiceNow team on its current DevOps journey, responsible for project activities concerning the CSDM/CMDB Data and Model, leading the journey to a fully cloud-ready CMDB.

Requirements

• several years of experience in the realm of ServiceNow platform, as well as ServiceNow Certifications as CSA, CAD, Test Management and CMDB Micro certification
• sound experience requested in ServiceNow ITSM specifically CMDB, ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping
• master CMDB integration technologies (Previous experience as ServiceNow developer is required)
• architectural expertise in classical Datacenter and Network, as well in Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• practical experience in agile and DevOps way of working
• excellent and effective communication skills and the ability to clearly abstract and describe complex topics
• capable of managing complex-tasks and very good project management skills
• fluent English language skills are essential
