ServiceNow Financial Services Operations Implementer

We are seeking a ServiceNow Financial Services Operations Implementer to implement and configure ServiceNow Financial Services Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, strong programming and debugging skills, and good communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Implementer experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO)
• Set up, configure, and use CSM
• Build and test flows, sub-flows, and actions with Flow Designer
• Develop custom integrations with Integration Hub
• Configure, customize, and extend components to create Service Portals and Widgets
• Configure Playbooks using Process Automation Designer
• Configure Now Assist for Financial Services Operations
• Setup, configure, and use applications within the Financial Services Operations product
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
