As a ServiceNow Functional and Technical Senior Consultant, you will be engaged in various activities such as running project kick-off meetings, conducting design workshops, and working in a highly collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for completing and maintaining ServiceNow product accreditations and certifications through our world-class training programs.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- 3-5 years' experience with the design and implementation of ServiceNow
- Organized and analytical with ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders
- Experience in designing, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior consulting experience is an asset
- Good to have prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology (i.e. Javascript)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and implement end-user requirements
- Good to have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow CIS certifications
- Good to have ITIL 4 certification
- Good to have PMP certification
- Bilingualism in French and English is required for positions based in Quebec
