As a ServiceNow Functional and Technical Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will work in a collaborative, agile, and diverse team environment to deliver solutions to challenging business problems. You will be responsible for running project kick-off meetings, conducting design workshops, writing test scripts, doing demos, and sprint planning among other activities. You will also be expected to complete and maintain ServiceNow product accreditations and certifications through our world-class training programs.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • 3-5 years' experience with the design and implementation of ServiceNow
  • Experience working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence
  • Experience in designing, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior consulting experience is an asset
  • Good to have prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology (i.e Javascript)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and implement end-user requirements
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow CIS certifications
  • Good to have ITIL 4 certification
  • Good to have PMP certification
