Requirements
- Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in governance, risk, compliance, or IT SecOps – ideally in the context of process management or platforms like ServiceNow
- Knowledge in process modeling, process optimization, or quality management
- Experience in moderating workshops and dealing with customer-side stakeholders
- Team-oriented, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
- Motivation to further develop GRC processes data-driven and technologically
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams
- Routine in pre-sales, scoping, and bidding processes
- Very good German and English language skills
