ServiceNow GRC Consultant (m/w/d)

At Devoteam N Platform, we support companies in designing future-proof, efficient, and fully digital governance, risk, and compliance processes - based on the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior or Lead ServiceNow GRC Consultant, you will accompany our customers in modernizing their GRC and SecOps processes.

Requirements

• Analysis, design, and optimization of GRC, risk, compliance, or SecOps processes
• Moderation of workshops on process definition, reengineering, gap analysis, and best practices
• Development of sustainable solution architectures, roadmaps, and implementation strategies based on ServiceNow (IRM, SecOps, BCM, etc.)
• Identification of efficiency and automation potential, including risk assessment, impact, and prioritization
• Consulting our customers on organizational changes and transformation projects
• Close collaboration with our delivery teams and customer-side stakeholders
• Support in pre-sales: scoping, cost estimates, RFP processing, and solution design
