ServiceNow HR Consultant (m/w/d)

At Devoteam N Platform, you will support companies in designing their HR processes modern, digital, and user-centric - based on the ServiceNow platform. As part of an international network with over 500 technology experts and 200 consultants, you combine technology, process knowledge, and change expertise to sustainably improve Employee Experiences.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the HR or HCM environment, ideally with HRSM / HRSD / Employee Experience
• Knowledge of process modeling, process optimization, or quality management
• Experience in moderating workshops and collaborating with HR stakeholders
• High motivation to rethink HR processes and accompany customer teams through change
• Experience in leading projects or workstreams in the HR / HCM context
• Routine in pre-sales, scoping, or offer processes
• Very good German and English skills
