We are seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join our HR Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation and evolution of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, delivering seamless and intelligent employee experiences. The role requires 3+ years of experience developing in ServiceNow, with at least 2 years focused on HRSD module development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing in ServiceNow, with at least 2 years focused on HRSD module development
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture
- ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementer or equivalent implementation experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Strong consulting and communication skills to engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and simplify complex concepts
- Understanding of regional HR compliance and service variations
- Willingness to work on night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 PH time, flexible working hours to support US time zones)
