- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, as well as field service operations, to effectively tailor solutions within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes, to customize HRSD and FSM functionalities.
- Experience in integrating HRSD and FSM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows to improve service delivery and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to HRSD and FSM modules.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across HR and operations teams.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications specific to HRSD and FSM.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices related to HR service management and field service operations.
