We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant to support in evaluating and optimizing their current ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The consultant will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze existing HRSD implementations, identify optimization opportunities, and provide a functional comparison with Workday's capabilities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD as a functional consultant.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules, data model, and process design.
- Familiarity with Workday HR modules, particularly Workday Help and Case Management.
- Proven experience conducting platform evaluations and functional comparisons.
- Strong understanding of HR shared services processes, employee lifecycle management, and digital transformation in HR.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and conducting workshops.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
