ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultant, Bratislava

Devoteam is seeking a passionate and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultant to join their growing team in the Employee Workflow Domain. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solution to improve the employee experience. The consultant will lead workshops, translate business needs, and develop automation workflows.

Requirements

• A solid understanding and experience with core HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, benefits, talent management)
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript
• Experience in ServiceNow is a plus
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Project management skills and experience delivering successful projects
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and share knowledge through presentations and training materials
• Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team
