Responsible for development and integration of IT or IT-enabled services and solutions for external clients, with a focus on business requirements and technology implementations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (preferably on implementation projects)
- 3 years' experience in consulting external customers
- Certificates in ServiceNow (CSA or CAD)
- Thorough knowledge of CMDB concepts and databases
- Excellent scripting skills in JavaScript
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, tools
- Understanding of CSDM model
