We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to support our growth and deliver ITSM, CSM, ITOM solutions for Switzerland, DACH region, and Hungary. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (preferably on implementation projects)
- 3 years' experience in consulting external customers
- Certificates in ServiceNow (CSA or CAD)
- Thorough knowledge of CMDB concepts and databases
- Excellent scripting skills in JavaScript
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, tools
- Understanding of CSDM model
