We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to support a major ServiceNow initiative for a global medical supply organization.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas: ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, APM, HAM, SAM.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and data governance.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms, tools, and APIs.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
