iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to support federal customers. The role involves developing custom features, building reports, and working closely with teams to enhance ServiceNow capabilities. Independence and collaboration are key, with a focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Develop custom features, and workflows to satisfy business needs
- Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards
- Work with remote teams and clients
- Work independently as well as collaboratively
- Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
- Build customized ServiceNow application
- Apply technical expertise to enhance team capabilities
- Lead the development team to architect and deploy solutions using ServiceNow platform
- Work with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical audience
Requirements Summary
6+ years ServiceNow dev experience. Strong ServiceNow skills including JS, HTML, CSS and experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Bachelor’s degree. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is preferred
