ServiceNow Integration Engineer

At Accenture Federal Services, we're seeking an Integration Engineer with diverse experience in IT projects to support the successful integration of solutions into environments. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on ServiceNow integrations experience, prior API development experience, and in-depth Java knowledge.

Requirements

• Design, deploy, and support product interfaces
• Perform technical needs analysis
• Project management and planning
• Provide third-tier technical support
• Provide implementation support
• Responsible for the functional specification, programming, testing, and troubleshooting of proprietary interface engine
• Interact with customers to determine interface requirements and implement solutions according to the defined project guidelines
• Communicate with product management regarding product integration architecture, design, and enhancements
