ServiceNow IRM Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Expert to join our team at Unison Group. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of ServiceNow's IRM capabilities, specifically in Risk Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management, and will play a critical role in enabling organizations to effectively manage risk and compliance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Risk, Compliance, and Audit Management modules.
• In-depth understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM or relevant certifications is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
