ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer

Blu Omega is seeking a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer to assist in an implementation at a federal agency. This role will be part of a small team helping to implement a client system prototype and will play an integral role ensuring the success of the IRM GRC module in the client’s ServiceNow environment.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement client scripts, business rules, and UI policies to meet business requirements
• Develop custom solutions and applications in ServiceNow, particularly focusing on IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
• Configure and customize the IRM and GRC modules in ServiceNow, including processes like risk management, audit management, and policy & compliance management.
• Work with ITSM, ITAM (Software/Hardware Asset Management), and ITOM (IT Operations Management) applications to streamline service management processes.
• Experience working with CMDB (Configuration Management Database), discovery, and service mapping to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration items and relationships.
• Collaborate with other developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow modules.
• Participate in the testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities to ensure the quality and functionality of custom solutions
