EY is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Senior Consultant/Manager to design, develop, and implement solutions for banks, insurers, and asset managers. The role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow technology and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is an advisory unit within the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice, providing risk management support to a wide range of organizations.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions for clients.
- Expert consultation on best practices for ServiceNow IRM.
- Define and document the architecture of ServiceNow IRM implementations.
- Collaborate with business partners and other teams to address technical and functional needs.
- Establish and recommend changes in development standards.
- Lead GRC processes and technology enablement initiatives.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow, IRM implementation, and ITSM (ITOM, integrations). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and REST APIs is required
