ServiceNow IT Asset Management Administrator (Remote/Flexible)

Insulet is seeking a highly motivated IT Asset Administrator to administer ServiceNow ITAM services, track and manage software and hardware assets, and drive continual improvements to Asset Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in IT Services role
• 2+ years of experience as an Asset administrator/manager
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow ITAM SAM & HAM modules
• Agile scrum knowledge and experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
