ServiceNow IT Asset Management Developer

Kyndryl is seeking a ServiceNow IT Asset Management Developer to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting-edge products. As a leader, you will contribute knowledge, guidance, technical expertise, and team leadership skills to drive the design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Specialist to develop, implement, and support IT Asset Management solutions (ITAM)
• Configure and manage Flow Designer, Transform Maps, and REST API Integrations for effective data transfer.
• Develop and enhance Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies to improve system performance and user experience.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items for IT asset management use cases
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow ITAM implementations.
• Oversee AMDB and CMDB configurations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Use Agile methods to ensure smooth handling of update sets and platform releases
