Requirements
- In-depth experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, particularly Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Proven track record of implementing and managing CMDB and Discovery solutions in ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, specifically related to Configuration Management
- Experience in creating and maintaining installation and configuration documentation related to CMDB setups
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including agentless discovery
- Familiarity with the integration of CMDB with other ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Able to conduct health checks and audits of the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Skills in scripting and automation to enhance CMDB and Discovery functionalities in ServiceNow
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
