Servicenow ITOM CMDB - TCS position at New York location. The job requires in-depth experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, proven track record of implementing and managing CMDB and Discovery solutions, and strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Requirements

  • In-depth experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, particularly Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing CMDB and Discovery solutions in ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, specifically related to Configuration Management
  • Experience in creating and maintaining installation and configuration documentation related to CMDB setups
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including agentless discovery
  • Familiarity with the integration of CMDB with other ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Able to conduct health checks and audits of the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Skills in scripting and automation to enhance CMDB and Discovery functionalities in ServiceNow
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
