Datacom is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB Architect to lead ServiceNow implementation projects in Australia and New Zealand for major customers. This role involves technical leadership, solution design, mentorship, and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with ITOM/CMDB delivery experience.
- Proven consulting experience leading ITOM/CMDB implementations.
- ServiceNow CIS certification for ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping/CMDB or equivalent experience.
- Strong Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration and Cloud Management.
- Deep familiarity with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB reconciliation approaches.
- Experience with MID Server architecture, Discovery Patterns and tuning.
- Solid scripting skills on the platform.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
