ServiceNow ITOM Engineer

We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM expert with a strong background in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM products and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM products
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Strong experience in troubleshooting and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management
• Experience in scripting, customizing, and developing the ServiceNow platform, including automation using Flow Designer
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
