R5 Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for IT Operations Management and Event Management solutions in the Saudi Arabia region. The role involves strategic implementation, optimization projects, and partnership with clients to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. It's a collaborative team effort focused on delivering high-impact technology solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITOM modules
• Proven track record managing and delivering multiple ServiceNow projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and a good working knowledge of Arabic
