This contract position is for a ServiceNow IT Operations Management Consultant to implement ServiceNow ITOM. The role involves configuring modules, automating workflows, and optimizing IT operations. Candidates should have experience with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence, along with knowledge of CMDB, APIs, and ITIL processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM implementation
- Hands-on experience with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, integrations (APIs, MID Servers), and ITIL processes
- Ability to configure ITOM modules, automate workflows, and optimize IT operations
