ServiceNow ITSM Freelance Consultant - Riyadh

R5 Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant ITSM to lead strategic implementation and optimization projects for Saudi Arabian clients, specifically focused on ITSM. The role involves analyzing client needs, delivering customized solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency. The company emphasizes delivering high-impact services and tools and fosters a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in ITSM modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM modules highly preferred.
• Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects with a focus on targeted modules, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
