Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (highly preferred)
- Experience with both agile and waterfall software delivery methods
- Proven experience managing stakeholders
