Job description
Design, configure, and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management & SLAs. Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, ACLs, and server-side scripts. Implement service catalog items, record producers, and automated provisioning workflows. Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics indicators. Develop and enhance SecOps modules, such as Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence, SOAR / Automation Engine.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Hands-on expertise with scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Python/PowerShell for SOAR actions)
- Strong proficiency with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scoped Apps
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, service mapping, and dependency visualization
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
- Knowledge of MID Servers, IntegrationHub, Automation Engine, and Orchestration
