Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager or similar digital transformation platforms
- Higher education and relevant certifications
- Strong understanding of customer needs and a desire to create great customer experiences
- Good ability to connect systems and leverage them for customer value creation
- Knowledge of a good working environment with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English
