Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
  • At least 5 years of experience with common web technologies and networking.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
  • Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with directory service integration (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).
  • Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
