We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Service Portal Developer to design, develop, and enhance the Service Portal experience within our ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with 1+ years specifically in Service Portal.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, AngularJS (1.x), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow widgets, theme customization, and portal pages.
- Proficiency in GlideRecord, Server/Client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with Git, JIRA, or other version control and Agile tools.
- Understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
