NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Lead Engineer with ITOM to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers. The Engineer will implement and develop customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale projects.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience with ServiceNow products
- 5+ years of leadership level experience with IT Operations Management tools such as ServiceNow
- 5+ years of client facing consulting experience
- Passion in engineering science and technology
- Collaboration with customers
- Thrives in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
