ServiceNow Lead (Financial Services) Manager, Tech Consulting will oversee the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and workplace projects, ensuring high standards. The role involves project delivery, requirements gathering and analysis, team management, process optimization, solution design and implementation, quality assurance, communication and reporting, vendor management, training and knowledge transfer, and change management.
Requirements
- 6 years' experience in the Financial Services industry
- Strong understanding of HR processes and experience in automating HR services
- Academic background in Engineering, IT, Business, HR, Economics or Finance
- Consulting skills, functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow and enterprise application delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Track record dealing with senior stakeholders and adapting to demanding environments
