Join us as our ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect to lead the design and development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business. As a ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining and improving the ServiceNow Service Management platform used by Capita to support its external customers and internal staff.
Requirements
- Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow Solutions: Expertise in various ServiceNow modules and functionalities
- ITIL Processes: Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and best practices
- Enterprise Environment Experience: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points
