ServiceNow Legal/ELM/SPM Consultant

Talworx is seeking a ServiceNow Legal/ELM/SPM Consultant to support a leading big 4 consulting firm. The role involves implementing and configuring ServiceNow ELM, ITBM, and related modules, collaborating with legal and IT teams, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of ServiceNow experience and a strong understanding of legal and IT operations.

Requirements

• Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ELM, ITBM, and related modules
• Collaboration with legal, IT, and business teams to gather requirements
• Configuration and customization of ServiceNow workflows, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, and legal hold processes
• Integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems
• Data governance policy development and enforcement
• Training and documentation for end-users
