ServiceNow Managed Services Senior Architect (Makati) - Hybrid, dayshift. Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow modules, integration support, and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, development, or architecture, with at least 7 years focused on managed services or support/enhancement roles
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
- At least two of the following ServiceNow certifications (highly preferred):
- ITIL Foundation or higher (preferred)
