ServiceNow Platform Architect

Grifols is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, strategy, and governance of our enterprise ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and will play a critical role in maintaining architectural integrity, driving long-term platform value, and supporting enterprise-wide service transformation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow architecture roles
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Lead on complex ServiceNow implementations
• Deep understanding of core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and ITAM
• Demonstrated knowledge of SOX compliance, audit readiness, and IT governance practices
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical and long-term architectural strategy
• Experience managing vendor/partner relationships, including implementation partners and ServiceNow
