As a ServiceNow Platform Developer on the Employee Experience and Productivity team, you will work with process owners, implementation teams, and infrastructure teams to provide technical expertise and manage projects from inception to closure. Your responsibilities include designing and developing custom workflows, configuring applications, implementing integrations, providing user support, performing testing, and driving continuous improvement within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM or HRSD modules. You will also be responsible for building a strong team of ServiceNow implementors.

Requirements

  • 6 + years of experience building and supporting enterprise scale applications.
  • 5 + years experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's Glide API.
  • 2 + years experience with AngularJS or other frameworks used in ServiceNow's Service Portal.
