ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Join Signify Health, a company transforming healthcare through technology, to work as a ServiceNow Platform Engineer. This role involves developing and administering the ServiceNow instance, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the ServiceNow platform, encompassing both development and administration tasks.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules based on business requirements, prioritizing out-of-the-box solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other configurations as needed.
• Perform system administration tasks including user and group management, security configuration, data management, and instance monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and other departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain platform documentation, including configuration guides and process workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and functionality to continuously improve the platform.
• Contribute to the overall governance and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
