We are seeking a proactive Helpdesk Team Lead to manage frontline support for custom ServiceNow applications. This role focuses on ensuring timely issue resolution, effective queue management, and high customer satisfaction. The team leader will oversee L1 support analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stability and improve service.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years overall experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/supervisory role and 2–4 years in ServiceNow platform support
  • Strong ServiceNow platform support expertise, particularly with custom applications and the Service Portal
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and UI technologies
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow components like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Data Policies
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification and related service management principles
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, prioritize effectively and make sound decisions
