ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant

This Principal Technical Consultant role involves guiding customers through ServiceNow process model development and automation, developing solutions and providing technical expertise. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
• 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP)
• Ability to work remotely and with remote resources
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and web software design
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
