ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant, ITOM

The Principal Technical Consultant provides guidance to customers on ServiceNow processes and automation, developing solutions for their ServiceNow environment. The position requires specific ITOM and ServiceNow experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
• 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification required
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in four or more applications required
