ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant, SPM and HRSD

Our Principal Technical Consultant provides guidance to customers on ServiceNow processes and develops solutions for their ServiceNow environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
• 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking
• Ability to understand and implement complex end-user requirements
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript and web software design principals
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Ability to prioritize, manage, and refine the project backlog
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A deep understanding of SPM and/or HRSD principles and best practices
