We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Process Mining Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of process mining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, including configuration, scripting, and implementation of Process Mining or Process Optimization.
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), process improvement methodologies, and ITSM/ITOM principles.
- Experience working with large data sets, data integration, and process visualization tools.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow Studio or App Engine.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for automation and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
