ServiceNow Product Owner

Astrica is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the Employee Workflows (Workspace Service Delivery, HRSD, and Employee Center) and guide clients through their ServiceNow implementations. This role focuses on defining customer needs, developing solution specifications, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve project goals. The product owner should be a subject matter expert, analyze the impact of changes, and serve as a key liaison between clients and the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Employee Center / Workplace Service Delivery experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or WSD-specific certifications.
• 5+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery implementations.
