TTEC Digital is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to join their IT services team, focusing on projects within SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC. The role involves leading Agile and Hybrid Agile projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and tracking project deliverables. This is a fully remote position in Canada.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of project management experience
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
