We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager with comprehensive experience and knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will drive the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects from initiation through deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects involving ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and IT asset management frameworks.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
