Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent
- 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance-related roles
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and CMDB modeling
