ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Business Process Consultant (PBP) specializing in ServiceNow SecOps to lead strategic Cybersecurity projects for enterprise customers. This role focuses on connecting security processes with ServiceNow solutions, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, translating business needs into specifications, and leading the implementation of SecOps modules like Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence Integration. The ideal candidate has strong Cybersecurity expertise and ServiceNow SecOps experience.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and security tools.
- Solid experience with SIEM tools such as QRadar, Splunk, or ArcSight and SOAR platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Security Incident Response SIR.
- Strong experience with Vulnerability Response for infrastructure and applications.
- Experience with Configuration Compliance and Secure Posture Control.
